Restoring old cars and motorcycles belongs to Moto Essence’s strongest roots as vintage customizer – for Havana due to passion, for Dominik due to profession. Focused on conservation, researching fastidiously and cautiously – to highlight the history each vintage bike brings with it. Often rebuilding, coating and chroming is much easier. However it also means extinguishing patina, the old lady has earned seriously. That’s why Moto Essence’s credo is always maintaining the existing substance if possible.
However, next to the restoration of original vintage bikes we always wanted to work creatively and refine mass-production motorcycles to individual and distinctive single pieces. And we are doing that for more than 25 years now. Several hundred thousands miles on trial, dirt and MX bikes, supermotos, oldtimers and sports bikes later we decided to proof our knowledge and skills in public – With Moto Essence. Our workshop is located between Starnberg and Munich in Germany. No matter if café racer, flat tracker, roadster, scrambler, bobber or wild cross-over creations – we want to realize it. And we got many more ideas than we can build in one life…
